Eligible items for exchange must be unused, free of bodily odor and stains, unaltered, and in their original condition upon receipt.

 

After we receive your return, our team will inspect the item. If the return is approved, you will receive an exchange or store credit, which will be applied to your next order, covering the item's value.

 

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are non-refundable. The time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location. We recommend opting for a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

 

Certain types of goods, including real fur coats and specifically sourced items, cannot be returned. Sale items are non-returnable.
